homo delegans

Latin dēlēgāns, present participle of dēlēgāre — “the delegating one”.

definition
The hominid that follows homo sapiens: a human who expands by delegating to machine agents — and stays the author. Knowing is no longer the differentiator; directing is. The species trait is not the use of AI, it is the discipline around it: what to hand over, what to hold, and how to verify what comes back.
diagnostics
Delegates the work, never the judgment. Writes rules machines can check. Reads reports instead of watching hands. Remains human-first: the agents multiply the person, they do not replace one.
